Careers

At Lewis Holdway Lawyers we have a serious commitment to the careers of our team. Our clients expect a lot of us and we have to balance that with down time for our lawyers and support staff. At Lewis Holdway Lawyers we encourage a realistic work life balance.

Many of our team have significant non work commitments ranging from pro bono board membership through to active involvement in their local communities through schools and churches.

We have made extensive use of technology to enable us to provide the level of service our clients deserve whilst accommodating the needs of our employees.

Our development of talent is based upon treating each other as adults. Team members are given responsibility as early as possible. Peer support and mentorship aid them in their learning and acquisition of new skills.

Please contact Alasdair Morrison (office@lewisholdway.com.au) if you would like to explore this further.
