Bushfire Relief Fundraising 4 March 2009
Prior to the bushfire disaster of Feb 7, our staff stayed at the Cumberland Hotel, Marysville for our annual retreat.

It was devastating to witness the destruction of both the town of Marysville and the Cumberland itself, a week after we had enjoyed our time there. Our staff have been united in their concern for the victims and their desire to do something practical to assist.

As such, Lewis Holdway and Kearley Lewis staff responded quickly to this crisis and have raised funds of $5,200 for the bushfire appeal. Many of our staff have also donated goods, packed boxes for victim families and given blood.

Our thoughts are with the victims of the bushfires as they now begin the process of rebuilding their lives and homes.
