Debt Recovery

Debt Recovery Lewis Holdway MelbourneWe know that debts are an unavoidable part of doing business. But we also know that you should not throw a lot of good money away in chasing bad money.

As part of our desire to reduce the cost of using the law, Lewis Holdway Lawyers have a proud, long-standing history with the mercantile agency Kearley Lewis. Together we can provide cost effective debt recovery for our business clients.

We do this by agreeing to fixed fees for parts of the recovery process and providing clear estimates for the cost you are likely to spend for other parts of the recovery process and also giving a circuit breaker. If the costs are acceptable you instruct us to go ahead, in many cases the likely cost does not justify this and we close the file on the debt. The aim is to collect the debt with as minimal exposure and cost to you as possible, while balancing this with reinforcing an industry message for your business.
